Strategic Planning (2009-2014) Initiated

Tomorrow's Foundation is now in its 18th year of existence. We felt that it is high time we started thinking strategically about the future of the organization. The process of Strategic Planning (2009-2014) was initiated last month to find out answers to the following questions:

1. What are our philosophies and core values?
2. What makes us distinctive or unique?
3. Where are we going?
4. How do we get there?
5. What is our blueprint for action?
6. How do we know if we're on track?

A completely participative process, involving all stakeholders, has been adopted to come out with the planning document. We are presently consulting the following stakeholders:

1. Children
2. Parents
3. Employees
4. Teachers
5. NGO leaders
6. Governing Body Members

Apart from consultations with stakeholders we are conducting desk analysis and experts from different fields are advising us on ways to face the external challenges while working for inclusive growth for children from deprived communities.

To us the process of Strategic Planning is about realizing our dreams. Yes, our claims to our dreams have to be made credible to our stakeholders - and we know we have to chase our dreams as dreams run much faster than us, dreams are always ahead of us.
