Child Protection Policy

Tomorrow's Foundation is proud to have its own Child Protection Policy in place. A copy of this policy is kept in every unit and in the HR Department.

All employees and members of the Governing Body come under the purview of the Child Protection Policy.

All volunteers, interns, visitors and guests come under the purview of this policy.

Any complaint regarding Child Protection is redressed by the Child Protection Redressal Committee. The same committee is also responsible for training all staff and children, specially the members of the Children's Council on Child Protection. This is considered a regular capacity building exercise.

In case of complaint regarding volunteers, interns, guests and visitors appropriate authorities are informed accordingly.

All new recruits, volunteers and interns are informed about the Child Protection Policy.

The Committee is required to inquire regarding the complaints made and communicate their decision within 15 days from the date of the complaint.

Considering the nature of the complaint the Committee might take a decision to refer the same to the Chief Operating Officer, Grievance Redressal Committee, Sexual Harassment Redressal Committee or any other relevant competent Authority. In such case the concerned parties are informed accordingly.

In case of a decision regarding termination of service the same is informed to the Governing Body and the Governing Body takes a final decision.
